Fallen (2006)

'Fallen' fuses music, performance and installation. Interaction between the female body and a decayed piano is used to express intimacy through a continued attempt for physical unity. The aim of this performance is to destabilise visual conventions of the piano and the female body by presenting them in mutually objectifying scenarios. The performance 'Fallen' uses live and pre-recorded sounds from the decayed piano that were then distorted through broken cylinder speakers and a series of xducers situated on the soundboard.
